Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Bakery MoMo does not offer returns nor accepts refunds for orders that have been processed and shipped. If there is a problem with your order, please contact customerservice@bakerymomo.com with your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
